Your browser asks each carrier directly. No account, and your packages never pass through us.
Yours to arrange
Name packages, drag them into order, copy numbers in a click. Your list syncs across your browsers.
How it works
Three steps. Then forget about it.
- 1
Add the extension
One click from the Chrome Web Store. The PackageTrack icon lands in your toolbar.
- 2
Paste a tracking number
Or right-click one on any page. Give it a name if you like, “New headphones” beats a 22-digit number.
- 3
Get on with your day
PackageTrack keeps checking and lets you know when it's delivered.
Your packages are your business.
PackageTrack has no servers that see your tracking numbers, no accounts, and no analytics in the extension. Your list stays in your browser.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is it free?
Yes. No account, no subscription, no ads.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, and Chromium browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, like Edge and Brave.
How often does it check my packages?
Every 10 minutes while your browser is open, and whenever you hit refresh. Once a package is delivered it stops checking that one.
Why does a little “PackageTrack” tab group appear sometimes?
Some carriers only show tracking on a full web page. For those, PackageTrack opens the carrier's page in a background tab, tucked into a collapsed group at the end of your tab strip, reads the status, and closes it a few seconds later. It never switches tabs or opens windows on you.
Do you see my tracking numbers?
No. PackageTrack checks each carrier directly from your browser. Your packages never touch a PackageTrack server, because there isn't one.
What if my carrier isn't listed?
Today it tracks USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, LaserShip, Canada Post, China EMS. More are on the way.
